Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and energetic Front Line Team Member to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties Prepare and create bowls customized to the customer. Operate POS system cashiering, and sales transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety standards. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely food delivery and customer satisfaction. Follow all food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with food prep, taking inventory, be able to lift heavy items, and perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently. Experience with food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety standards is desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during high-volume periods. Must be responsible and reliable. Ability to work while maintaining attention to detail.
