The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and keeping the restaurant clean and organized. As a Team Member, you will help with a variety of daily restaurant operations, including taking and preparing customer orders, serving customers, assisting with kitchen prep, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, works well with others, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and provide helpful service. Answer questions about menu items and assist customers when needed. Prepare and assemble food and customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages to customers. Assist with kitchen food preparation, including cutting, chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures when handling and preparing food. Keep the kitchen, dining area, counters, and workstations clean and organized. Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and surfaces. Clean and maintain restrooms as needed. Take out trash and perform general cleaning duties throughout the shift. Stock food, supplies, and other items as needed. Lift and carry food, supplies, boxes, and other materials as needed. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and cleanliness standards. Work cooperatively with other team members and assist wherever needed. Follow restaurant policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Perform other general restaurant duties as needed. Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude. Reliable and punctual. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well with customers and team members. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items during the shift. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus, but not required . Food handler certification is a plus, if applicable. Schedule Part-time Flexible scheduling Approximately 18+ hours per week Availability requirements can be discussed during the interview.
