As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and have a passion for customer service. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and guest areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Stock toppings and display them ensuring products are well-organised and accessible. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Utilise basic math skills to manage inventory and assist customers with their purchases effectively. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast food store or café setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
