What You'll Do Greet guests and create a welcoming experience Take orders accurately and efficiently Prepare salads, warm bowls and smoothies Prep fresh ingredients (cutting veggies, stocking, etc.) Keep the space clean and organized Work as a team during busy rushes Help ensure every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and on time (weekend availability required) Team player who's willing to jump in where needed Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Customer service experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Perks $22-$27/hour total compensation (hourly + tips) (Base starting at $16.90/hour + $5-$9/hour in tips on average) Flexible scheduling Free/discounted meals Positive, supportive team environment Opportunity for growth
