The Team Member will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and service areas. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth workflow during shifts. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments through Aloha POS systems. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, including bussing tables and serving customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in the food service industry is required, preferably in a café or restaurant setting. Familiarity with POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred. Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing financial records. Experience in sanitation practices within a kitchen environment is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
