Role Overview As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member , you'll be the face of Chick-fil-A Morgan Hill—welcoming guests, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. This role is ideal for people who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy making someone's day better.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service :
Deliver warm, friendly service with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.Order Management :
Take guest orders, process payments, and ensure orders are accurate.Food & Drink Preparation :
Prepare drinks, desserts, and bag orders.Dining & Drive-Thru Service :
Deliver orders and provide hospitality both in the dining room and at the drive-thru.Cleanliness & Safety :
Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and safe environment.Team Collaboration :
Work alongside your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Communication :
Effectively communicate with guests and team members. Adherence toPolicies :
Follow Chick-fil-A's policies as outlined in the employee handbook at all times.Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation and inventory management. Maintain food safety and quality control standards. Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care. Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the restaurant. Work outdoors when needed (e.g., drive-thru or seasonal weather conditions).What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 16 years old (18+ years preferred).Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50lb and be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.Language Requirement:
Ability to read, write, and speak standard English sufficient to effectively communicate with guests, coworkers and other business affiliates who speak only English, when necessary for safety reasons or emergency response procedures, when engaged in team-related work efforts or project teams that include individuals who only speak English, for workplace training purposes, and when job performance is being monitored by a supervisor that only speaks English.Required Availability:
