Job Description
HIRING ALL POSITIONS
Must be available weekends from 7AM- 4PM and some or all weekdays 6AM
- 4PM Biscuit Rollers must be available 4AM
- Noon We are a fast-paced business in all expects.
COOKS:
This is a job for a cook that thrives in a fast paced work environment. On the weekends we are selling two biscuits per minute, while keeping ticket times below 10 minutes. You must value efficiency and excellence of quality and hold yourself to a high standard. You must enjoy the thrill of working through an intense service while keeping your ticket times low. This is not the job for anyone looking to chill on the job, move slowly, or be handheld through every task.FOOD RUNNERS
This is the fastest paced role in the restaurant. You will be double checking orders, preparing them for take-out or dine in, and handing them off to the customer or to the front to-go station. You must be pleasant, and mean business at the same time. This is not the job you can continuously make mistakes at. Your mistakes will cost us business, and will not be tolerated. This is a rewarding position, as you control the pace in which service is flowing.SERVERS:
Must have at least 2 years ofFULL SERVICE
dining experience. Must understand and execute the steps of service and do so quickly and with finesse. We have very quick table turnover. You must be able to keep up while keeping the energy high and welcoming.BISCUIT ROLLERS
You must be an early riser. 4AM is biscuit time. You will go through a lengthy training period, but will be rewarded with job security and pay after nailing our biscuit process and not needing to be supervised. You are making our bread and butter (literally), so pride and dedication to the craft is essential. All team members must have Serv-Safe certification completed within 30 days of hire.Pay:
$20.00- $30.
