Luxen & Co. is hiring an Entry Level Team Member to join our growing telecommunications sales and customer outreach team in the Orange County area. In this face-to-face, customer-focused role, you'll represent nationally recognized wireless services, connect with prospective customers, explain available products and promotions, and help them enroll in services that fit their needs. Learn from experienced team members to develop strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills. Participate in hands-on training to learn about service eligibility, wireless products, and effective customer communication. Assist residents through the enrollment process while ensuring every application is completed accurately. Work within assigned residential territories to educate prospective customers, answer questions, and promote available services. Track daily activity and stay organized to help achieve individual and team goals. What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry Level Team Member? A high school diploma or GED. Marketing or business coursework is a plus but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and coaching. Comfort working in residential neighborhoods and engaging with new people every day. The ability to stay organized and use mobile tools to track daily activity and performance. A goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed as an Entry Level Team Member.
