Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Operate kitchen equipment safely for food preparation, including grills, fryers, ovens, and other appliances. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong food handling knowledge with an understanding of food safety management and sanitation practices. Ability to operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS confidently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail sales transactions. Experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or operating kitchen equipment is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
