Position Overview As a Team Member, you will support all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, food preparation, cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Team Members work together to ensure every guest receives high-quality food and exceptional service while upholding Jersey Mike's standards and values. Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare fresh sandwiches according to Jersey Mike's quality standards Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer payments Slice meats and cheeses and prepare ingredients while following food safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Restock products and supplies throughout each shift Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Work collaboratively with team members to deliver fast, friendly service Uphold Jersey Mike's commitment to quality, hospitality, and community involvement Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Willingness to learn and grow within the company Compensation Competitive pay: $20.00 per hour Full-time and part-time opportunities available Ongoing training and development Opportunities for advancement within a growing company If you're ready to join a team that values hard work, great customer service, and creating a positive experience for every guest, apply today and become part of the Jersey Mike's family in Patterson!
