Whether preparing delicious menu items, operating POS systems, or assisting customers with their orders, your contribution will be vital to our fast-paced restaurant operation. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, giving correct change, and balancing registers at shift end Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Follow all food safety management procedures to ensure high-quality food preparation and handling practices Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Background in food preparation, food handling, or culinary roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience in retail sales transactions, cashiering, or grocery store operations demonstrates valuable math and customer service skills Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations ensures compliance with health standards Prior café or restaurant experience is a plus for understanding fast-paced food service dynamics Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service while honing your skills in the thriving food industry!
