Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming environment Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures accurately while maintaining POS system integrity Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting sanitation protocols throughout the shift Support food handling procedures, including serving, food prep, and basic kitchen assistance as required Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with POS systems such as ToastPOS is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor. Bilingual in Spanish/English is required.
