Preferred hours:

Around 20 hours per week.

Hourly Pay:

$17.5-$18.25 (include tips, based on experience) Applicants must be 18 or older. We are not accepting high school applicants at this time. (This role requires weekday morning shifts and long-term availability that typically do not align with high school schedules.) Responsibilities Prepare and serve mochi donuts and drinks with attention to detail and consistency Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic prep and service areas Provide friendly, professional customer service Support daily café operations, including opening and closing tasks Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining accuracy and composure Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school applicants will not be considered due to weekday shift requirements Prior experience in cafés, boba, or dessert shops is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and a professional, mature attitude Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
