Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fast Food Team Member and become a vital part of delivering quick, friendly, and efficient service to our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives top-notch food service in a lively environment. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, customer interaction, and fast-paced restaurant operations. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food delivery from kitchen to customers, including bussing tables and managing food presentation Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, serving, and cleaning Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards in the food industry Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and kitchen operations is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quick service with a smile!
