Frontier Team Member

We are a marketing and sales firm specializing in supporting leading telecommunications brands. Our team helps clients improve customer satisfaction, boost retention, and enhance the overall customer experience through personalized, engagement strategies. As we continue to expand campaigns for our client, Frontier, we are looking to hire a Frontier Team Member to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and telecommunications. The Frontier Team Member will work directly with customers to educate them on Frontier wireless services, assist with enrollment, and support the team in achieving campaign sales goals. Structured training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role. Responsibilities of the Frontier Team Member Engage directly with new and prospective customers in assigned residential areas to discuss Frontier wireless products and services Conduct professional, enthusiastic conversations and respond to customer questions accurately Present and explain Frontier service options, tailoring sales conversations to customer needs Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that add value for the customer Follow up with customers throughout the sales and enrollment process to ensure a positive experience Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain consistent customer service standards Provide post-enrollment support by addressing customer concerns and reinforcing brand trust Qualifications of the Frontier Team Member High school diploma or equivalent required Under 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn sales techniques Reliable, professional attitude and ability to work independently in the field This entry-level position comes with comprehensive training and continuous support to help you thrive.

Pay:

$900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
