What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a positive attitude and outstanding hospitality. Prepare fresh, made-to-order mini doughnuts with consistency and attention to detail. Decorate doughnuts according to Dapper Doughnut recipes and presentation standards. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, shakes, refreshers, and other specialty beverages. Operate the POS system and accurately process customer orders and payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including kitchen, dining area, and equipment. Restock ingredients, toppings, beverages, and supplies. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Work efficiently as part of a team during busy rushes. Help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable and punctual. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
