Job Description

This role will be the hospitality face in our lobby area, executing our Chick-fil-A hospitality model with a standard of excellence. This role will also support our Front of House team with additional tasks.
Responsibilities:
Politely greet and thank guests for visiting our restaurant. Consistently do the following with each guest: create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone and always say "My Pleasure." Maintain a clean and safe environment in our dining room/lobby.
Tasks include:
wipe down tables and chairs, pick up trays, sweep and mop floors (including under and around tables/booths), wipe down trash bins, clean front door glass, vacuum rug areas, realign tables and chairs, other tasks as assigned.
Conduct regular bathroom checks:
pick up debris on the floor, sweep and mop floors, restock toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels and soap, take out trash, wipe down counter, clean general areas.
Conduct outdoor patio checks:
clean down tables and seats, bring in trays/table markers, wipe down outside trash bin slot. Actively look for ways to elevate hospitality in the restaurant. Offer to refill beverage, pick up tray, give kids stickers, grab a high chair, open door for guests, etc. Maintain our condiment area stocked for guests.
Requirements:
This position requires 20 hours per week, Monday-Saturday. Mid and Evening availability on weekdays and open availability Saturdays. Great communication skills People oriented Professionalism Attention to detail Punctual Ability to work and move with a sense of urgency Ability to lift, pull and push 50 pounds Food Handlers card completed within 30 days of hire Must be 18 years or older

Starting at: $20 per hour
