Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated, reliable, and energetic individuals to join our fast-paced team! Whether you're interested in working in the kitchen, at the drive-thru, or as a shift leader, we have a position that fits your skills and schedule. As a Team Member , you'll be involved in all areas of the restaurant — preparing food, serving guests, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. As a Shift Leader , you'll also help supervise the team, ensure smooth operations, and support the management team.Key Responsibilities:
Team Members:
- Prepare and assemble food and drink items to standard
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning
- Make drinks and ice cream treats
- Work the drive-thru window and take customer orders
- Deliver food to customers via carhop (as needed)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas
Shift Leaders :
( additional responsibilities ):- Open and/or close the restaurant
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Handle customer concerns and ensure great service
- Assist with training new hires
- Monitor shift operations to ensure efficiency and quality
What We're Looking For:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Dependable and punctual
- Prior fast food or customer service experience is a plus
- Shift leader candidates should have previous leadership or supervisory experience

- Evening (Full-time and part-time roles available.
