Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches according to established recipes and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in all food handling and preparation areas Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy hours while maintaining quality standards Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food stocking, inventory management, and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored Support other team members with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a tidy environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast food restaurant environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong understanding of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store operations is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating tasty sandwiches, delivering outstanding service, and thriving in a lively team environment.
