Our historic ramen has been featured in the prestigious Michelin Guide Hokkaido. We craft our signature bowls using our traditional "W-Soup" (a perfect blend of rich meat and flavorful fish broths), served with premium craft noodles, tender homemade Chashu, and savory bamboo shoots. Join Baikohken Ramen as a Restaurant Crew Member! Where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining smooth daily operations. This position offers an engaging environment for individuals who enjoy fast-paced work and teamwork. As a Crew Member, you'll be responsible for various tasks that ensure our guests have a positive dining experience while supporting the overall efficiency of the restaurant. Duties Processing transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth checkout experiences. Operating cash registers and POS systems (Toast) to manage sales and payments effectively. Operating kitchen equipment safely and responsibly to support food preparation and service. Managing customer orders with professionalism, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold health and safety standards. Assisting with food safety management practices to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Supporting team members in daily restaurant operations to create a welcoming environment for guests. Experience Candidates should have previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or food service environment preferred but not required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. Basic familiarity with POS systems, and food safety card is required. A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork orientation are key qualities for success in this role.
