仕事内容: Job Overview Join our vibrant team at Takoyaki Yamachan/Mochill Mochi Donut as a Full-Time or Part-Time team member and become a key player in delivering delightful culinary experiences! You will be responsible for creating delicious treats, providing outstanding service to guests, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh mochi donuts and related menu items with precision and care Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and dining areas regularly Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support the team with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with quick service or fast-food restaurant operations is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for serving guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in a restaurant or café setting Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work effectively in a team environment within the food industry Join us at Takoyaki Yamachan/Mochill Mochi Donut where your energy meets our passion for creating memorable culinary moments!
