401k Health Insurance Employee Discount Position Summary The Guest Experience Team Member is responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service across all front-of-house operations, including cashier, drive-thru, and order fulfillment. This role ensures a smooth and positive experience for every guest from ordering through pickup. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and take orders using POS system (in-store and drive-thru) Answer menu questions and provide recommendations Process payments (cash, card, digital) accurately Manage drive-thru headset orders and maintain speed of service Ensure order accuracy before handoff to guests Organize and stage completed orders for pickup and delivery Communicate with kitchen to coordinate order timing and flow Maintain cleanliness of front counter, dining area, restrooms and service stations Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Positive, friendly, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Focus on cleanliness Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 25 lbs Working around a fast-paced kitchen environment
