Join our vibrant team as a Front of House Team Member, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to join our café. This part-time role includes weekend work and flexible shifts. Full training will be provided. Main Duties Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately at the counter Operate the till and handle cash and card payments Prepare cold drinks according to our menu and café standards Serve dessert and drinks promptly Answer customer questions and respond politely to concerns or complaints Keep tables, counters, equipment, and customer areas clean Wash dishes, cups, utensils, and café equipment Restock drinks, packaging, and other supplies Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when items are running low Complete assigned opening or closing duties Follow all food-safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures Support other team members during busy periods What We're Looking For Friendly and confident customer-service skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn and follow instructions Comfortable working in a busy environment Able to stay organized and maintain high cleanliness standards Available for weekend work and flexible shifts Previous café or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.
