No experience needed. As a Bilingual Team Member, you'll remove the biggest barrier in internet decisions. It isn't price, speed, or availability. It's language. You'll explain AT&T Fiber in plain, comfortable terms, in English or the language their kitchen table runs on. What You'll Do as a Bilingual Team Member Build trust in person by explaining AT&T Fiber in everyday English and Spanish, so sales talks feel like talking to a friend Sit down with customers face-to-face to show how reliable home Wi-Fi brings peace of mind Share relatable stories about seamless streaming and fast connections Keep the sales process stress-free, with no confusing tech talk Help customers enroll in the plan that fits them best Listen closely to internet needs and recommend the right AT&T Fiber option You'll Fit This Entry-Level Role If You Are fluent in English and Spanish (required) Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Are comfortable talking directly with customers in a fast-paced sales setting Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Have sales or customer service experience, which helps but is not required for this entry-level opening This entry-level position builds real face-to-face sales skills with room to grow. As an entry-level Bilingual Team Member, you'll have a team behind you from day one.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
