Our Santa Rosa location at Montgomery Village continues that tradition as a welcoming gathering place for friends, families, and neighbors alike. Whether guests stop in for a pint before shopping, a fresh salad and pizza after work, or one of our craft non-alcoholic beverages, our goal is to create a space where everyone feels at home.
Job Description:
We're seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused Fieldwork Associates to join our front-of-house team. This position is ideal for someone who loves great beer and food, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage guests with warmth and genuine hospitality. Guide guests through our rotating beer and non-alcoholic beverage menu and make thoughtful recommendations. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies. Expo food orders to customers while maintaining all food safety standards. Keep the location and patio clean, stocked, and inviting. Support setup, breakdown, and restocking of canned product displays. Follow all alcohol service, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol. Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). RBS certification required for alcohol service. Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation & Classification Pay:
$18.21/hr + tips
Job Type:
Full-Time or Part-Time, Non-Exempt Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California labor laws. Meal and rest breaks provided per state regulations.
