Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage food service customer orders efficiently. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Prepare simple food items following safety standards, including handling ingredients and operating kitchen equipment safely. Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and cleanliness. Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments, give change, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Support team members in food preparation tasks when needed and ensure the timely delivery of orders to customers. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cashiering or retail sales transactions is a plus. Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety management, sanitation practices, and operating kitchen equipment safely. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during busy periods. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Food industry experience or café experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
