  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve deli items, ensuring freshness and quality at all times Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the deli area, adhering to food safety regulations Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations and upselling products Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy and inventory management Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Skills Strong food preparation skills with experience in the food service industry Previous culinary experience or restaurant experience preferred Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to engage in sales techniques, including upselling products to enhance customer satisfaction Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management Experience in quick service or fast food restaurant settings is beneficial Background in grocery store operations or café environments is advantageous Join our team as a Deli Associate where you can showcase your culinary skills while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers!
