Job Description
Duties Prepare and assemble deli items such as sandwiches. Serving and tagging hot case items Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations. Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional items to enhance their shopping experience Restock deli products regularly to ensure freshness and availability throughout your shift Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices Cleaning department Customer service Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail grocery environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse shoppers Excellent time management to handle multiple tasks seamlessly during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and proper food handling techniques Ability to upsell products confidently to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Previous restaurant or café experience is highly desirable for understanding food industry standards Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences by delivering top-notch deli service!
