Job Description

Tiny Croissantiere is a French-forward specialty cafe and bakery opening in Sunnyvale, CA. We are looking for warm, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our front of house team. As our first point of contact, you set the tone for the guest experience — greeting every person who walks through the door, guiding them through our pastry selections, and ensuring every interaction reflects the care we put into our product. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through our pastry and beverage offerings Take orders accurately at the counter with a focus on hospitality and pastry attachment alongside beverages Operate POS system accurately including cash handling, order entry, and end-of-day reconciliation Support pastry display presentation and restocking in coordination with the kitchen team Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front of house environment throughout each shift Communicate clearly with baristas and shift leads to ensure smooth and efficient service flow Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Contribute to a professional, accountable, and guest-focused team culture Qualifications Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer-facing experience required Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for guest service Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Positive, professional attitude and a team-first mindset Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
Pay:
$19.50 - $20.00 per hour
