Duties Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble sandwiches according to company standards and customer preferences Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales transactions Manage food service customer orders efficiently while upselling additional items to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, and refrigeration units Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred; food industry or café experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales and order management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining cleanliness standards in the workspace Join us as a Sandwich Artist and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality food and exceptional service.
