Responsibilities Greet members warmly and provide excellent customer service to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Assist members with inquiries, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the member areas, including regular cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards. Support members in navigating facilities or services offered, offering guidance as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the community's standards. Handle administrative tasks related to member engagement and feedback collection. Ensure safety protocols are followed, including maintaining a clean environment that promotes health and safety. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently, maintaining cleanliness standards consistently. Previous experience in customer service or member-facing roles is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
