Job Responsibilities:

As a Team Member at Wetzel's Pretzels, you will be responsible for: Operating our POS system efficiently and accurately. Serving customers courteously and efficiently. Adhering to schedule and arriving ready to work on time. Baking, stocking, cleaning, organizing efficiently. Having a positive attitude with customers and team members. Following Brand standards and systems, delivery quality food and beverage to each guest. All other appropriate duties when required by management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Be guest focused. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings. Have reliable transportation, show up on time, and act professionally. A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
