Responsibilities Stock and organize frozen food products on shelves, pallets, and display cases, ensuring items are properly rotated and labeled. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and move inventory within the warehouse and sales floor. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels, update stock records, and assist with inventory control processes. Assist in shipping and receiving activities by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness of the frozen food area, including cleaning shelves, freezers, and equipment to ensure compliance with health standards. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, offering product knowledge, and assisting with purchases. Support merchandising efforts by organizing products for optimal presentation and ensuring proper signage is displayed. Collaborate with team members to manage stock levels, conduct inventory management tasks, and improve overall warehouse operations. Skills Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory tracking and management. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools. Strong organizational skills to manage stock rotation, product placement, and inventory control. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases. Knowledge of retail store operations including stocking, merchandising, and customer service. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices. Basic math skills for counting stock quantities and processing transactions accurately. Warehouse experience combined with retail store knowledge enhances efficiency in this role.
