Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, making syrups, pars/inventory, batching/canning RTD products, cleaning/maintenance, and supporting our bar leads. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly according to menu specifications and safety standards Support back of house operations by handling food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area, adhering to food safety protocols at all times Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with baristas and front-of-house personnel Requirements Is reliable and punctual Enjoys working independently Pays attention to details Thrives in a fast-paced environment Has food service or coffee experience (a plus, but not required) This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee, eager to develop their skills in a dynamic setting.
