Duties Prepare a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Restock ingredients and supplies regularly to ensure product availability throughout shifts Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting overall restaurant operations as needed Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation or food service roles is highly preferred; culinary or café experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales and cashiering functions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude and positive demeanor Basic math skills for cash handling, grocery store math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting; restaurant experience is advantageous Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by combining your passion for food with your commitment to outstanding service.
