Subway Sandwich Artist

```

Duties:

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications
• Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwiches
• Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, grills, and ovens
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and processing payments

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs off of ground and place on prep table
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
• Familiarity with cash handling and operating a POS system
• Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Strong upselling skills to increase sales and promote additional menu items
• Ability to bus tables and assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety regulations
