Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to established recipes and customer specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail transactions efficiently Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance sales opportunities Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout all food handling activities Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicing tools, ovens, refrigerators, and food prep stations Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely preparation and delivery while providing excellent customer service Support team members by assisting with food preparation tasks, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the food service area Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper handling of ingredients Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, processing payments, and giving accurate change Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while maintaining a clean workspace at all times Food industry or restaurant experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us today and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering quality food with enthusiasm!
