What We're Looking For:

You're a competent cook with solid kitchen fundamentals, comfortable multitasking between cooking and front-of-house duties. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and have a genuine interest in hospitality. Experience with British cuisine or counter-service is a bonus, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most.
