Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The Crew Member will assist in various roles within the restaurant to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Duties:

• Perform food preparation
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitate work areas, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
• Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Kitchen prep and other cleaning tasks.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a quick-service fast-food is preferred
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
