Job Description
Join the kitchen team at European Market & Bistro, a locally owned European market and casual bistro in Lakewood.
We re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to help with sandwiches, wraps, salads, gyro and shawarma, food prep, and day-to-day kitchen operations. This is a hands-on position in a small team, so we re looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed and takes pride in keeping their station clean and organized.
What You ll DoPrepare sandwiches, wraps, salads and other bistro items consistentlyHandle daily food prep and keep ingredients stocked and ready for serviceWork the line during lunch and dinner serviceMaintain a clean and organized kitchen and follow food-safety standardsHelp with receiving, stocking and inventory when neededWork closely with the rest of the team to keep orders moving quicklyWhat We re Looking ForRestaurant or food-prep experience is preferred, but we re open to someone motivated who learns quickly. Reliability, cleanliness, speed and a good attitude matter most.
