Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Prepare and serve Dunkin' products — from fresh coffee to breakfast sandwiches — with speed and accuracy. Operate the register, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure orders are correct. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked, from the front counter to the kitchen. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain our high standards. Work as part of a team to meet service goals during busy rushes. Assist with opening or closing duties, depending on your shift. What You'll Bring A positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying friendly and focused. Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Reliability and punctuality — our guests count on us to be there.
