Job Description :

Riviera French Café is opening a new location in Connecticut and is currently hiring multiple positions to join our team. We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment and providing great customer service.

Barista Shift Lead Assistant Manager About Riviera French Café : Riviera French Café is inspired by the French Riviera and focuses on high-quality coffee, fresh products, and warm hospitality. Our goal is to create a welcoming, organized, and positive environment for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities :

Depending on the position and experience level, responsibilities may include: Preparing coffee, matcha, and café menu items according to company standards Providing friendly and professional customer service Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions accurately Supporting daily operations during busy periods Leading shifts and supporting team members (Shift Lead role) Assisting with training, inventory, and daily organization (Assistant Manager role)

Qualifications :

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Previous café, food service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required for all roles Leadership experience preferred for Shift Lead and Assistant Manager positions Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
