Role Description We are looking for a part-time fulfillment team member who can support the bakery's fulfillment operations by assisting with food preparation, delivery, and service. This person will have good attention to detail, work well in a fast-paced environment, and be a good driver. Responsibilities & Duties Prepare and complete the packaging and plating of orders. Help with the preparation of catering and event menus. Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of all deliveries. Assist client in delivery and setup (if asked) of product in event space. Able to keep up with the demand of high-volume orders and work at a fast pace. Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards. Ensure all product is kept to Dog Tag Bakery standards, checking for consistent appearance and quality. Maintain a positive, respectful, and clean work environment. Abide by all Health and Safety standards. Highly responsible, punctual, and reliable. Have access to reliable transportation. Take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Work well under pressure. Quickly recognize and resolve problems. Must be able to multitask effectively. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Work Hours, Compensation & Benefits Part-time work schedule of 20-30 hours per week with regular shifts starting at 7 am. Schedule may change based on catering order demands. Must be able to work one weekend shift.
