Verify food presentation, temperature, garnishes, and order accuracy prior to delivery. Communicate with servers and culinary team regarding special requests, allergies, modifications, or other guest needs. Assist servers in providing efficient and attentive service throughout the meal. Maintain awareness of tables and anticipate guest and service needs. Clear and reset tables as needed while maintaining a clean and polished restaurant environment. Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties. Maintain consistent restaurant presentation and cleanliness throughout the shift. Restock plates, silverware, glassware, service supplies, and other items to established par levels. Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned. Work collaboratively with servers, bussers, cooks, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service. Respond to guest questions and requests in a professional and courteous manner, involving management or the appropriate team member when necessary. Follow all departmental policies and procedures. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; or relevant hospitality experience. Previous restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred. Experience in a high-volume, luxury restaurant or hotel environment is a plus. Experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Highly responsible and reliable. Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional at all times. Eager to learn and grow within the restaurant. Must meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction. Must be flexible to work all shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift. Frequent lifting and carrying of trays, plates, and service items. Ability to bend, kneel, push, and pull. Ability to safely carry food and service items throughout the restaurant. Ability to work efficiently for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Frequently standing up, bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility. Carrying, lifting or pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds. Will be required to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
