Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent service. Accurately take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions. Prepare and serve Dunkin' beverages, food items, and products according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, dining area, workstations, and equipment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Restock supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels during shifts. Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly. Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Work cooperatively with team members and assist other employees as needed. Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and notify management when necessary. Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming, and positive environment for customers and employees.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous Dunkin' or food-service experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Available for flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
