Skills necessary to be successful:

Communicates with Chef daily to obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements. Prepares items on production log, such as peeling, slicing, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables following quantity, quality, and recipes. Carries pans and trays of food to and from work station to front of the house, following safety standards. Stores prepared food in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, and food safety rotations. Complies with all federal, state, and local health sanitation regulations and sanitation procedures. Adheres to following established recipes, quantity, and quality guidelines. Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Ensures the FOH is always fully stocked and works with the FOH team for any special request. Maintains work area clean and sanitize at all times. Works as part of the team with both FOH and BOH Requires to work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for a long period of time Must be willing to adhere to Rosetta Bakery Uniform & Food policy Performs other duties as assigned.
