Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Take orders accurately using Toast POS. Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front of house area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus. Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation or kitchen experience is desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math tasks. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Experience in sales or upselling techniques is beneficial.
