Ta'Ohana Mix Grill is looking for two dependable, friendly crew members to help us prepare and serve our island BBQ. Our food truck gets busy, and everyone helps with food, customers, restocking, and cleaning. What you'll do Prepare and assemble orders using our recipes and food safety procedures. Greet customers, answer menu questions, and take orders using Clover. Handle cash and card payments accurately. Restock food and supplies, and let us know when items are running low. Clean and sanitize equipment, food prep areas, and the truck. Help set up and pack down for regular service, events, and catering. What we're looking for Reliable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team. A friendly attitude and the ability to stay organized during a rush. Willingness to learn both food preparation and customer service. Food service or food truck experience is helpful, but not required.
