Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to support our cozy coffee shop that specializes in serving high-quality crepes and warm sandwiches. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items such as crepes, warm sandwiches, and other menu offerings with attention to quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back-of-house areas to meet health and safety standards. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures diligently. Support front-of-house staff as needed to ensure efficient service delivery. Contribute positively to the Christian environment by demonstrating kindness, respect, and teamwork. Adhere to all company policies and procedures during daily operations. Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Respect for a Christian environment, demonstrating kindness and professionalism at all times. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed.
