General Team Member Responsibilities:

Work together to ensure every guest enjoys a high-quality experience—whether preparing food in the kitchen or serving guests in the dining room Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely, quickly, and efficiently while meeting Chick-fil-A standards Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and genuine hospitality Assist with beverage and dessert preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, front counter, and dining room Ensure all products meet Chick-fil-A's quality, safety, and brand standards Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, team members, and leaders Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Available to work 3 days per week Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Consistent, reliable, and punctual Cheerful and positive attitude; loves serving and helping others Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures accurately Works well independently and in a team setting Willing and able to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand for long periods of time (4+ consecutive hours)
